Founder Overview
Bryan Eagle
For three decades, Mr Eagle has helped organizations identify emerging technologies, transform innovative ideas into commercially viable businesses, and build the strategic partnerships necessary to achieve sustainable growth. His career has spanned telecommunications, wireless communications, IoT, advanced materials, renewable energy, critical infrastructure, and international business development, with a consistent focus on solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, markets, and public policy.
Throughout his career, he has led organizations through periods of rapid growth, market disruption, organizational transformation, and technology commercialization. Whether launching new products, entering emerging markets, negotiating strategic alliances, raising growth capital, or building multidisciplinary teams, my focus has always been on creating long-term enterprise value while delivering measurable business results.
My experience extends well beyond founding and leading companies. I have worked with Fortune 500 corporations, startup ventures, institutional investors, nonprofit organizations, universities, international partners, and government stakeholders to evaluate technologies, develop commercialization strategies, establish strategic partnerships, and accelerate market adoption. These experiences have provided me with a unique perspective on how innovation moves from concept to operational deployment in highly regulated and technically complex environments.
My early career in telecommunications provided a foundation in advanced communications technologies that remains highly relevant today. I have worked on wireless communications, machine-to-machine networking, Internet of Things (IoT) applications, remote monitoring systems, and next-generation communications platforms—technologies that now underpin modern critical infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems, industrial automation, energy resilience, and mission-critical government applications.
More recently, I have focused on commercializing advanced environmental technologies designed to address global infrastructure and sustainability challenges. As CEO of Glanris, I led the development of technologies that convert agricultural and marine waste streams into high-value products including renewable energy, carbon-negative construction materials, and advanced carbon products. While the technical application centered on sustainability, the broader challenge required building international partnerships, navigating regulatory environments, structuring complex commercial agreements, securing strategic investment, and leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and business development.
Throughout my career, I have consistently been drawn to opportunities that require bringing together diverse organizations around a common mission. I have negotiated partnerships among private industry, research institutions, government agencies, investors, nonprofit organizations, and international organizations to advance new technologies and create scalable commercial opportunities. These collaborations have required balancing technical, financial, operational, and regulatory considerations while maintaining focus on long-term strategic objectives.
My leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, disciplined execution, and strategic thinking. I believe the most successful organizations are those that combine technical excellence with strong partnerships, clear communication, and a relentless focus on solving customer problems. I have built teams, mentored executives, advised entrepreneurs, served on nonprofit boards, and helped organizations navigate periods of uncertainty and transformation by aligning people, technology, and strategy around measurable outcomes.
Today, I am seeking an executive leadership role where I can leverage this experience to help an established organization accelerate growth, commercialize emerging technologies, expand strategic partnerships, and develop innovative solutions that address complex national and global challenges. My interests include strategic growth, corporate development, technology commercialization, public-private partnerships, critical infrastructure, advanced communications, energy systems, digital transformation, and emerging technologies that strengthen economic competitiveness and national resilience.
I am particularly interested in opportunities with organizations operating at the intersection of technology, government, infrastructure, and national security, where experienced executive leadership, disciplined business strategy, and collaborative partnership development are essential to long-term success.
Core areas of expertise include strategic partnerships, corporate development, executive leadership, technology commercialization, business development, market expansion, international business, telecommunications, IoT, critical infrastructure, renewable energy systems, advanced manufacturing, public-private partnerships, innovation strategy, operational leadership, capital formation, regulatory engagement, board governance, and organizational transformation.
