Founder Overview

Bryan Eagle has led successful companies in their marketing, strategic planning, and business development efforts for over 30 years.  His skills include brand development (MCI, Discovery Channel, Skywire, Media4, MultiTech, Link Labs, Astrocast, Glanris), strategic planning (MultiTech, Digi), business plan creation, and new business unit creation. US market development for international companies(Astrocast, Roamworks). Having helped over a dozen companies that he was involved in to raise capital, he also assists his clients in raising capital, finding strategic partners, and positioning companies for sale. He assisted in the sale of RCA/Cylix to France Telecom, Skywire to Marconi Online, Media4 to Echostar, Haxiot to Digi, Roamworks to the Mansour Group.

He was the founder and past Chairman of Emerge Memphis, a nonprofit incubator formed to help women—and minority-owned technology-based businesses in Memphis get started and grow. He provided the initial capital for the $5 million dollar, non-profit Formation Fund for Memphis-based start-ups.
